After receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 star rating for the session that was just completed, we have decided to add 4 weeks to this class. Here is some feedback from a student that just completed the series.

"I wanted to share with you my voyage to your meditation class. In 2020 my anxiety levels increased so much due to what was happening to the country and its citizens that my doctor had to increase my blood pressure medication to lower my pressure and I started on anti anxiety medication in December.  My doctor suggested meditation at about the time I saw the NCMC flyer.  I'm happy to report my anxiety is down so much I stopped taking the anxiety medication and my bp is back where it should be.  So happy to have found you and your teaching when I really needed it."

We hope you can join us!

This class will be recorded each week and sent out to everyone that has registered. If the class time doesn't work for you, you can watch at your convenience.
