After the never-ending winter weather that the Midwest is known for, I think it's important to think warm thoughts. As temperatures start to climb, many people are going to be getting out in their yards and gardens. Although gardening can be therapeutic in itself, it's also an easy way for injuries to pop up.

Cathy Ingalls PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA 

Cathy holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Central Michigan University and is a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS). She is also a Certified Expert in Exercise for the Aging Adult (CEEAA).
