Kellen Celeste Brugman

Kellen Brugman is a Certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, Holistic Wellness Coach, and yoga teacher. In 2001, after 10 years in the corporate banking and retirement savings industry, she changed careers to follow her heart's calling. Companies and individuals now hire her to do wellness investment consultations and create holistic wellbeing plans.

Kellen’s 20-year career experience includes working with global clients like lululemon, Lolë, and Aveda; and with local colleges and businesses. She consults, guides, and supports others to realize wellness goals, career dreams, and creative ideas via personal sessions, corporate classes, community wellness events, and spiritual retreats. Kellen’s taught Ayurvedic wellness classes at Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt Hospital, Sansum Clinics, Santa Barbara City College, UCSB, and North Central Michigan College.  She is certified through The Ayurvedic Institute, White Lotus Yoga Foundation, and Radiant Coaches Academy. “Investing in daily self-care routines and spiritual rituals creates lifelong returns of health and happiness.”
