If you're someone who has a passion for cars, the NCMC Fast Track Auto Repair Certification course can help you prepare to take the next steps toward the career you want. You'll also prepare for professional certification through National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification exams.

What You Will Learn

• How to perform basic automotive preventative maintenance and routine service procedures including performing an engine oil change.
• How to rebuild transmissions, transaxles, differentials, transfer cases, and perform in-vehicle routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and external adjustments.
• How to rebuild transmissions/transaxles, perform in-vehicle routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and external adjustments.
• How to diagnose and repair malfunctions in all automotive brake systems.

This 20-week program includes:

• Online training including 12 courses and 31 exams (average 7-8 hours per week for 20 weeks). Program can be completed in less that 20 weeks.

• Interactive sessions and real-world simulations

• Assistance with grant opportunities to cover tuition

• Access to communication with qualified instructors

• Accredited online Automotive Repair Technician Career Diploma

• Hands-on experience (After each module is completed, we will schedule an 8-hour day with a local auto repair facility. 8 total days of in-person work required)

• Assistance with job placement

• Access to NCMC facilities and learning resources
