Line Dancing

Line Dancing may surprise you with all it has to offer. It can benefit your mental and physical health, including improving your balance and coordination. Line dancing is suitable for all ages, so come along and join the fun!

Suzie Cartwright has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and is certified as a Senior Exercise Specialist. She discovered line dancing approximately 15 years ago and has witnessed it’s many health benefits. Suzie began teaching line dancing 5 years ago in Michigan during the summer and Florida in the winter.
