This program prepares you for an exciting and rewarding career! Start your career pathway with three in-demand healthcare certifications: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, EKG Technician, and Phlebotomy Technician. You can earn these credentials in less than five months. Students will take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification exams for CCMA, EKG, and Phlebotomy.
A certified clinical medical assistant is a multi-skilled allied healthcare professional that specializes in procedures commonly performed in the ambulatory healthcare setting. CCMAs perform both clinical and administrative duties and assist a variety of providers including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They typically work in medical offices, clinics, urgent care centers and may work in general medicine or specialty practices.

This 20-week program includes:

Schedule
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant - October 26 - December 20, 2026 (no class Nov. 23- 29; Dec. 21-27)
• Phlebotomy - January 4 - January 24, 2027
• Catch up week - January 25 - January 31, 2027
• EKG - February 1 - February 28, 2027
• In-person skills - March 1, 2, and 3, 2027
• Phlebotomy (1 week) and CCMA (2 week) externships begin after in-person skills days. All vaccinations and drug test must be completed to begin.
