Fast-Track Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Bundle

This program prepares you for an exciting and rewarding career! Start your career pathway with three in-demand healthcare certifications: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, EKG Technician, and Phlebotomy Technician. You can earn these credentials in less than five months. Students will take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification exams for CCMA, EKG, and Phlebotomy.

A certified clinical medical assistant is a multi-skilled allied healthcare professional that specializes in procedures commonly performed in the ambulatory healthcare setting. CCMAs perform both clinical and administrative duties and assist a variety of providers including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They typically work in medical offices, clinics, urgent care centers and may work in general medicine or specialty practices.

Requirements: You must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide the health/vaccination documentation listed here

This 14-week program includes:

• Online training and videos

• All textbooks and workbooks

• Assistance with grant opportunities to cover tuition

• Access to qualified instructors

• Certification fees for all three exams

• Three days of in-person skill testing

• Placement into 120 hours of externship(s)

• Assistance with job placement and networking opportunities

• Access to NCMC facilities and learning resources

Schedule

• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant - November 9 - December 27, 2026 (no class Nov. 26; Dec. 28 - Jan. 3)

• Phlebotomy - January 4 - January 24, 2027 

• EKG - January 25 - February 21, 2027

• In-person skills - February 22, 23, and 24, 2027

• Phlebotomy (1 week) and CCMA (2 week) externships begin after in-person skills days. All vaccinations and drug test must be completed to begin.
