Come make TWO fun three-inch fused glass tree ornaments in your choice of glass colors. Use samples for inspiration or do your own thing. Pieces are provided in a myriad of colors and patterns to bring out the best of your creativity.
Your creations will be fired at the home studio and available for pick up there within a few days. This class is designed for beginners and up. Heidi provides as much or as little guidance as you need—everyone will be successful! Participants may make additional ornaments, time permitting, for $10 each payable at the end of class.

Additional information for students: Glass pieces are sharp. Please bring eye glasses if you normally wear them. Safety glasses will be on hand for those who don’t bring eye glasses. Wear closed-toed shoes.

No drop ins. At the latest, students must register 48 hours before the day of class and should arrive on time, so as to receive adequate instruction.

Heidi Reichenbach Finley
Heidi Reichenbach Finley is a master-level fine artist and art instructor. She teaches fused glass and Turkish Marbling in her Petoskey, Michigan home-studio. She comments, “As a recovering oil painter, I am drawn to the stunning patterns and endless color combinations afforded by both of these art forms.”
Heidi’s artistic life is education-centered. She works with people of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels. She has taught classes at eight northern Michigan art centers, opened her home to weekly private students, and taught 4 different credit-bearing courses for two universities. She is both a Continuing Education student and instructor at North Central Michigan College. Married to an academic, she adds: “I’m a lifer.”
